First Episode of Geeks Without God is live
We had a great time recording four episodes of Geeks Without God this weekend. We recorded an episode with Melissa Kaercher about Prometheus, an episode with Kammy Lyon about SkepchickCon at the convention, an episode with Rebecca Watson of Skepchick.org and an episode with Stephanie Zvan and Jason Thiebault of FreethoughtBlogs! We were really excited to get time with all of them.
Our first episode went live this morning so hey, head over there and have a listen to all of us try to talk about the religious themes in Prometheus. It’s hard because there are so many other things to complain about….
Why am I a Geek?
This blog is going to be pretty quiet for the next several days because of CONvergence. That ought to be fine since I’m betting that 90% of my readers go to the con and won’t be reading anyone’s blog for the next several days.

So we asked our good friend Melissa Kaercher to help us with a logo for the “Geeks Without God” podcast and because she is awesome, she came up with this:
Melissa is also going to be one of our special guests on our inaugural podcast, being recorded at CONvergence, Saturday the 7th of July at 9:30 in the morning. Atrium 3. We’ll be talking about the religious themes in Prometheus.
New Thing! Geeks Without God
I’m pretty excited to share some information about a new podcast I’ll be hosting with Molly and Nick Glover called “Geeks Without God.” We’ll be recording our first episode LIVE at CONvergence on Saturday at 9:30 AM.
Yes. 9:30 AM on Saturday. I know. I’m not looking forward to it either.
