CONvergence 2012 Highlights
There were a few low points at CONvergence 2012 but they aren’t even worth mentioning. Most of them had to do with last minute planning failures and my complete inability to sleep past 7:30, even when I went to sleep at 5:00 A.M.
So forget that stuff, here’s some of my best moments from CONvergence 2012 (more or less in chronological order):
Comedy!
I have a new article up over at the Vilification Tennis website this week!
It is always a challenge when you are writing a comedy article that is supposed to be sexist. What I too sexist or not sexist enough?
Vilification Tennis Geek Show Art!
So I’m going to come right out and admit that the art for the July Vilification Tennis show looks like really bad photoshopping.
The good news: That was the point! Bad photoshopping is a geek thing. About the only thing missing from the image is a cat. John is so good at photoshop, he can make his photoshopping look bad on purpose.
I’m sure this one is going to be a portfolio piece for him.
Oh man! Did I sign up for all of that?
I’ve been reviewing my CONvergence schedule for 2012 and while I have not quite achieved Melissa Kaercher levels of insanity, I will be participating in 15 different panels and events.
Holy shit.

This Monday, I have two new silly bits over at the Vilification Tennis Website.
The first is a Movie Dick article that takes aim at “Twilight” fans. I know, I know, easy target.
